Mom's Porkchops with Sauerkraut

My mother made this for us on Christmas Eve, and it was so good, I thought I would share it with all of you.

Start off by browning the chops.
She added sliced onions and peeled (and sliced) apples to store bought sauerkraut, brought it up to heat and then added the pork chops until done.

Served up with mashed potatoes - mmmm, so good.

Smothered Porkchops

This one really hit the spot for the mustard lover in me (when I was kid I used to eat the mustard packs in the school lunch room, I know, gross, but still good:)
Season and brown your pork chops
Saute mushrooms & onions, add mustard powder, flour and then stock. Lastly add your spicy mustard (or Dijon, whatever floats your boat)
Add the pork chops to your simmering sauce, cover and cook till fully done
