This one really hit the spot for the mustard lover in me (when I was kid I used to eat the mustard packs in the school lunch room, I know, gross, but still good:)

Season and brown your pork chops
Saute mushrooms & onions, add mustard powder, flour and then stock. Lastly add your spicy mustard (or
Dijon, whatever floats your boat)

Add the
pork chops to your simmering sauce, cover and cook till fully done

Oh that looks so good. I can't wait to try it. Thanks, Doylene
What a delicious looking treatment for a plain old pork chop. Another Foodie Friday recipe to try this week...

This looks really good. We just had pork chops; they were good but a little boring. I'll have to try topping them next time with your delicious looking mushroom gravy. Thanks for sharing.
The mustard-lover in me embraces this recipe with glee. It looks delicious and hearty. Thank you SO much!
