Here's a Really simple recipe (if you consider it a recipe, it's so easy) for one of my Angel Food meals.
Either roast the pork roast with a couple inches water at 350 degrees till done (it had a pop-up button, so easy) or put in the crock pot for a couple hours with some water. Shred the pork.
When done - put your water in a sauce pan till boils, whisk in some flour and any seasoning you like and you're done, add it to the shredded pork, and serve it up on a roll.
Another option is to skip the gravy and add BBQ sauce, which my husband thought I meant when I said we were having pulled pork so he was a little dissapointed. Sorry, Hun:)
