Sorry for the silence - news to share

Sorry for the silence. However, I have news to share. At the moment I have not been posting or reading many food blogs because I can't seem to stomach it. The reason is that I'm expecting! So in a few weeks, hopefully, the first trimester will be through and I will like food again.

Right now anything healthy and anything with a red sauce is quite repulsive to me, which is killing me, but I really like macaroni and cheese:)

Macaroni and cheese was what I craved with my last pregnancy :)

Wow, congratulations! Food can taste different when pregnant. Hopefully the morning sickness goes away soon.

Congratulations! How far along are you? I guess you will have to share your mac and cheese recipe=).

During my last pregnancy I craved bratwurst and pepper jack cheese. Weird.

When are you due?
Are craving anything yet?
I remember having terrible nausea with P#1. I had a hard time eating, plus I quit smoking at teh same time. With P#2, I don't remember too much nausea but I had heartburn like crazy!
Good Luck!

That's great news! Congrats! Okay, maybe not the part about healthy food being gross, but hopefully, the repulsion will end and health will prevail. :)

Congratulations! I sure know how you feel. When I was pregnant with my son, I couldn't stand to be anywhere near red sauce.

Indulge in your cravings once in a while! I craved peanut butter with my son and orange juice with my daugther...strange, huh?
