I used a couple of slices of Panera's bread (the cheesy kind) to make my own breadcrumbs. You don't have to spend money on the already made ones - just use whatever bread you have and it only takes couple minutes.BTW - I can't take credit for this, I saw it on some cooking show, though I'm not sure which one.
Tear up the bread and place in the food processor (I used my mini blender attachment) and drizzle with olive oil.
Turn it on and you've got your own breadcrumbs. Wasn't that easy.
