Make it again - Mom


Just wanted to share this with you. I made "Dirty Risotto" from "Giada's Family Dinners" and my nine year old claims that I'm such a great cook and wants me to make it again tomorrow!

    Always great and pleasantly surprising.

    I love Giada's recipes, they're easy (Though risotto you have to stay on top of) and the falovors are great.

    I have leftover arborio rice, anybody have any good risoto recipes?
